Bench Press for Breasts

On Oct 22nd, Project Echo, along with Elite Performance Centres, the Manitoba Moose, Power 97 and Gorilla Jack hosted the first ever charity bench press contest held in Manitoba.

Ryan Espey, the men's division winner, pressed the bar an impressive 505 times for a total of 22,725 lbs moved (weight lifted X repetitions). The women’s division saw Tanya Nowolski press the bar 190 times. Leigh Mollison, trainer at Elite Performance, would love to see "Pump your Chest for Breasts" become an annual event.
