Thomas Hall

As a director for Project Echo, Thomas Hall is committed to making Winnipeg a better place. A graduate of St Paul's High School, Thomas has been actively involved with CancerCare Manitoba over the past 5 years. As a fundraiser, he and his family have raised over $75,000 for cancer research in Manitoba. He helped to create the Challenge for Life, CancerCare's signature event, which in 4 years has raised close to $4 million.

His passion for community involvement led Thomas to become a leader at the University of Manitoba. As a member of the Bison Football team, Thomas has led his team on and off the field serving as a team captain, director of the Bisons Against Bullying Program and the chair of the University of Manitoba Athlete's Council. He was the 2009 and 2010 CIS Russ Jackson Award winner in acknowledgement of his community service, academic achievement and athletic ability and was also recently named as a 2010 Academic All Canadian Top 8.
Thomas and his family are proud Winnipeggers and he is ecstatic to be working as part of Project Echo.

Janice Moore

Janice holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Manitoba. She has over 13 years of experience working with elementary students as a teacher in the classroom.

She continually challenges herself to be an engaging, inspiring, and relevant educator knowing that the only way to teach a child these characteristics is to embody them herself. She encourages her students to become people of conscience, competence, and compassion who are actively involved in their communities.

Jeff fisher

As one of the co-founders of Project-ECHO, Jeff Fisher's vision for this undertaking is simple... "Winnipeg will be a better city because of Project-ECHO".

Jeff's primary career choice suits him well. After 7 successful seasons with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and a trainer for pro and ELITE amateur athletes, Jeff co-founded ELITE Performance in 1998 with fellow Winnipeg Blue Bomber, Wade Miller. Having worked with thousands of athletes over his career, including the likes of Milt Stegall and Doug Brown, has reinforced his mantra: "The harder you work, the luckier you get".

This mantra transcended the sports world into our community through Jeff's desire to improve the quality of life for others. His enthusiasm and dedication to this cause was the impetus behind the initial concept of ECHO: working together and creating opportunities to spread luck to each member of our community in order for all to live a better life.
